Long Term Plan: 

• Establishing Al-Khoirot University on 50 Hectares of Land, 5 Faculties, Each Faculty 10 Hectares, For the Initial Stage, 
• There is a Minimum of 10 Hectares of Land, With Details of 2 Hectares for Each Faculty.
• With a Minimum of 25 Alumni Who Have Doctoral Degrees in Various Departments. With a Minimum of 5 Professors (1 Professor for Each Faculty).
